The Road Trip Show is a traveling interview‑style program that highlights the work of local Veteran Service Officers, their  posts, and other organizations. Each episode is filmed on location at a post or community venue and features conversations with the VSO, post leadership, and other members who support veterans in their area.

The goal is simple: Promote the people who serve veterans, share local stories, and strengthen community awareness.

How Episodes Can Be Filmed

Posts may record their Road Trip Show episode using any type of equipment, as long as the final video meets these minimum standards:

• Video Quality: 1080p (Full HD) or higher
• Length: 20–30 minutes
• Format: Simple interview style — seated or standing
• Location: Must be filmed at the post or local venue
• Content:
  • Interview with the VSO
  • Interviews with post/organization leaders
  • Optional short tour of the post
  • Any local interest highlights the post wants to share

After filming, your team can send the raw or lightly edited footage. We will handle final editing, add the official theme song, insert graphics, and include any required informational segments.

How to Submit Your Episode

Posters may submit their recorded episode in either of the following ways:

• Email the video file directly (MP4 preferred)
• Upload the video to YouTube and send us the link
  • We can download it directly from YouTube if that is easier for your post
